Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any exception for custom items.

Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not started production. If the product has started production, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
